Special Order Policy

Effective Date: 06/04/2025

To ensure the timely and efficient processing of all special orders, the following policy applies to all in-store and online special orders:

🔹1. In-Store Special Orders:

• Deposit Requirement: A minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed.

• Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the item arriving in-store.

• Full Prepayment for Small Orders: Orders totaling under $100 must be prepaid in full at the time of order.

🔹 2. Online Special Orders:

• Prepayment Required: All special orders placed online must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

🔹 3. Order Cancellation Policy:

• All special order cancellations, regardless of how the order was placed, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• This fee applies even if the item has not yet shipped or arrived in-store.
